Drafts, concepts, unused designs, internal files, source files, templates, strategy documents, systems, processes, and pre-existing Company materials remain the property of the Company unless expressly transferred in writing.
Portfolio Rights
Unless prohibited by a written client agreement, the Company may display completed or substantially completed work, project summaries, screenshots, visuals, case studies, and non-confidential descriptions of work for portfolio, educational, marketing, and promotional purposes.
